Lately, obesity is becoming one of the problems faced by teenagers.

For this study, the research team gave a breakfast on two groups of obese teenagers who often skip breakfast 5 to 7 times in a week. Then the third group still was allowed to skip breakfast for 12 weeks. The Group were given the normal protein, breakfast menu consists of milk and cereals as well as 13 other grams of protein. While the Group was given a high protein breakfast menu breakfast contains 35 grams of protein.
