1. Skim milk

Skim milk or milk containing only 1% milk will give you vitamin D and calcium. Two nutrients that will help to lower your blood pressure up to 3-10%. Skim milk can also reduce the risk of heart disease by 15%.

2. Spinach

Green spinach and low in calories, and contains a lot of fiber will provide nutrients such as potassium, folate, and magnesium which can lower your blood pressure.

3. Sunflower seeds bargaining

Fresh sunflower seeds, which have not been given a salt, is a great source of magnesium. A quarter cup of sunflower seeds can be a nutritious snack.
