Drinking healthily

Do not forget to drink water at dawn and breaking fast. Water helps you lose weight, eliminate toxins in the body and reduce the feeling of hunger. Drink healthy by not consuming large amounts of water at a time or during a meal. But drink between meals and done gradually.Drinking water is stored at room temperature during fasting. Do not drink ice or extremely cold water because it can cause blood vessels to contract resulting in digestive disorders.

 
Avoid beverages with artificial sweetenersIf you must consume juice, try to make their own fruit juice, do not buy juice in containers which mostly contain artificial sweeteners. Also avoid drinking soft drinks because these drinks will delay the digestion and contains too much sugar. Sugar will turn your heart into a gathering place of fat.


 
Many fruit and vegetable consumptionExpand to eat vegetables and fruits like cucumber or watermelon. Two types of fruit is rich in water and fiber, and will make you feel full for a long time and reduce thirst.
 
Do not exceed the limitHot and spicy foods will increase the sense of thirst, so it should be avoided if possible. If you do not want to hold the spicy food, take in moderation.For dessert, do not eat too much cake and candy. Instead eat fresh fruits because they are easier to digest and also will make your skin glow.
