Learning in a comfortable room with good lighting would be expected by everyone, not just children. However, recent research reveals that children should spend more time studying outdoors to maintain the health of their eyes.Research reveals that children who spend too much time to be indoors to learn to have healthy eyes worse. Artificial light in the room is suspected as the cause of the deterioration of visual abilities of children.Currently, the number of children who have nearsightedness is increasing.
